Frame finder

Which Polymer80 frame fits the slide you own?

Every frame here is cut for Gen 3 Glock slides. Match the slide first, then the kit. Gen 4 and Gen 5 slides need a conversion kit.

Pick the frame for your slide

Use the finder above. Every kit ships with its own jig, so the frame decision is the only one that can go wrong.

Drill the pins, remove the tabs

The jig guides the pin holes; the rail tabs come off with the included end mill in a hand drill, or a file. Pistol frames take an evening. AR lowers go easier on a drill press.

A build in three boxes

Polymer80 Hub is organised the way a build happens. The frame finder pins the frame to the slide you own. The build path tells you what the jig does and what still needs buying. The catalog behind it carries the parts kits, pins and slides for each Gen 3 model, plus the RL556v3 and G150 lowers for a rifle on the same bench.

Straight answers

What builders ask before ordering

Which jig do I need?
Every frame kit here includes its matching jig, drill bits and end mill. Receiver-only listings for the RL556v3 and G150 need that receiver's jig, sold on its own product page.
Can I finish a frame with a hand drill?
Yes for the pistol frames: the jig guides the pin holes and the rail tabs come off with a file or the included end mill held in a drill in a vise. A drill press makes the AR lowers easier because the fire-control pocket is deeper.
Do you sell complete firearms or conversion devices?
No. Unfinished frames, lowers, jigs, slide assemblies and small parts only.
What is the difference between the RL556v3 and the G150?
Both are polymer AR-15 80% lowers. The RL556v3 has a solid core, flared magwell and a threadless grip design; the G150 Phoenix2 has an integrated trigger guard and a threaded, reinforced buffer tube housing. Each needs its own jig.
Does a PF940C take Glock 19 magazines?
Yes. The finished PF940C runs standard 15-round G19 magazines and larger G17 magazines. The PF940SC takes G26 10-rounders and longer magazines with a sleeve.
